THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DETAILED BELOW APPLY TO ALL PARTICIPANTS IN Runbazz - 24 Hour Miles for Smiles (EVENT) ORGANISED BY RUNNER’S HIGH. BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY FORM YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

The Event registration must be completed by a person aged 18 or over. Evidence of age if requested shall be promptly provided. Participants under the age of 18 will be allowed to participate in the event with the consent of a parent or guardian.

1. Eligibility: Participants should be at least 6 years of age and anyone below 18 years of age must be accompanied by parents (or guardians above 18).
2. You are to participate only in the race category for which you had applied and for which your entry has been confirmed.
3. Your entry is not transferable
4. Organizers, at their discretion and without any liability, reserve the right to stop any participant from participating in the Event on medical or other grounds.
5. Photographs shared by runners as part of the Event can be used for the purpose of reporting or promoting the Event or any future event.
6. Considering the current pandemic situation, organizers reserve the right to change the event date and/or distance categories of the event to comply with guidelines issued by authorities time to time. anytime. Participants do not have any claim on the basis of such decision or changes.
7. Organizers reserve the right to cancel the Event. Each participant’s entry will be transferred to a rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued. Entry fees cannot be refunded under any circumstance.

Waiver must be accepted for entry Confirmation / Registration:

I hereby declare, confirm and agree the following:

1. Information provided by me in this entry form is true and I am solely responsible for its veracity.
2. I have fully understood the risk of participating in the Event and I am participating as per my own will.
3. I am aware that training and physical fitness are integral requirements for participating in this Event. I hereby state that I am medically fit to participate in the Event.
4. For myself and my legal representatives, waive all claims of whatsoever nature against any and all Organizers of the event, authorities and officials of Runner’s High and all other persons and entities associated with the Event and the directors, employees, agents and representatives of all or any of the aforementioned including, but not limited to, any claims that might result from me participating in the event and whether on account of illness, injury, death or otherwise;
5. I agree that the Organizers will not be held responsible for any injury caused or ill health during the Event.
6. In case of any illness or injury caused to me or death suffered by me due to the Event including but not limited to epidemic, fire, riots or other civil disturbances, earthquakes, storms, typhoons or any terrorist act, none of Organizers of the event or Event officials or any persons or entities associated with the event or the directors, employees, agents or representatives of all or any of the aforementioned shall be held liable by me/my representatives or legal heirs;
7. I understand, agree and irrevocably permit Runner’s High to share the information given by me in this application, with all/any third parties associated with the Event as needed and in connection with the Event;
8. I understand, agree and irrevocably permit the Organizers to use my pictures which may be photographed at the Event, for the sole purpose of reporting and promoting the Event or any future events, at its own discretion. I hereby release Organizers from any and all liability from such use and promotion.
